Shane Scribner was born in Tulsa, OK in 1980. He excelled in art as a child and began his career in the arts immediately after graduating high school. Shane attended the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, graduating in 2004. There he studied the classical painting techniques of such contemporary masters as Xhaoming Wu and Warren Chang. Shane has always enjoyed putting a modern twist on classical subjects. Shane and his wife Sara met while studying at the Academy of Art University, they have exhibited across the nation together ever since.
