A Magical Misty Morning in May, 2023, $3000

The genesis for this piece sort of dropped in my lap. I reside on a large parcel of land where we are raising cows, and cows have offspring which, like young things universally, are prone to mischief. In May of this year in the very early moments of the day, we realized that some calves had escaped...which necessitated our slogging down into the pasture to get them back. Luckily for me, it coincided with the most wonderful, magical, misty morning sunrise and the seed for these paintings...and the reuniting of moms and babies.
