"Floral Interlude captures the quiet moments between illness and recovery—a suspended time, both fragile and full of potential. Each piece draws from bouquets gifted by loved ones during this period. I created cyanotypes from the flowers, cutting and interspersing them with vibrant shapes to represent life temporarily interrupted. These flowers held a healing presence reminding me of all the love surrounding me." ~Julie Maren
