Weaving is Siems' first show where abstraction takes center stage. She still depicts timeless faces, alluding to narrative. However her obsessive mark-making takes her typical dream-like pieces to another dimension. The layers and detail in each piece portray a type of intense meditation that brings to mind the vastness and the mystery of the cosmos.
